Coach Wills played college lacrosse at Goucher College. In 2019, she became an assistant with Chantilly High School Girls Lacrosse until becoming the Varsity Head Coach in 2022 and was named coach of the year in 2025. Coach Wills also coaches youth lacrosse for CYA, sharing her experience and passion for the game to the next generation. Her coaching philosophy emphasizes developing strong fundamentals, expanding overall lacrosse IQ, and building confidence in female athletes at all ages.

Italia played college lacrosse at Randolph Macon College where she was an all conference, state, and region defender and captained the team her senior year. Currently she plays on the Peruvian national team.  She has been an assistant coach for a high school varsity team the last 3 years and was a referee for a season. She recently graduated from VCU with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. She is currently in a sports medicine residency program to become a sports certified specialist.
