Coach Justin played lacrosse at Robert E. Lee HS as a goalie. Currently he is the Girls Lacrosse Commissioner for CYA, an Asst.  Coach for the Girls Chantilly HS Varsity team, and has been a CYA coach for the girls K-2, and 3-4 teams. Coach Justin is also certified in strength and conditioning by the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA-SCC).  Coach Justin believes in utilizing fun-based learning to build essential lacrosse skills, cultivating a fearless confidence, and create a supportive teamwork environment. He prioritizes maximum touches on the ball and positive reinforcement so that every player develops a lifelong love for the sport and their teammates.

Coach Wills played college lacrosse at Goucher College. In 2019, she became an assistant with Chantilly High School Girls Lacrosse until becoming the Varsity Head Coach in 2022 and was named coach of the year in 2025. Coach Wills also coaches youth lacrosse for CYA, sharing her experience and passion for the game to the next generation. Her coaching philosophy emphasizes developing strong fundamentals, expanding overall lacrosse IQ, and building confidence in female athletes at all ages.
