Audrey Hoeg, YJMA Director & 2025 Coach
Coach Hoeg is a Long Island Native and member of the Long Island Yellow Jackets class of 2016. Coach Hoeg played 5 years at William and Mary, serving as team captain for two of them. She played all positions, but proved to be a solid defender by the end of her career. Her role with YJMA will be overseeing the growth and development of the club, working with coaches, and planning camps and clinics for the club.

Jessica Del Rossi
Director of Operations
2025 & 2027 Coach
Coach Del Rossi is also a Long Island Native, and a member Yellow Jackets LI class of 2016. Coach Del Rossi played at Virginia Commonwealth University where she was a standout attacker for 4 seasons. Her role with YJMA will be organizing practice schedules for each team, communicating with players and families, and helping run camps and clinics.
Corky Sturtevant
Director of Recruiting
Corky is the Recruiting Director for YJMA. She works with players and their families to understand and prepare for the recruiting process. Corky will organize meetings with each team entering their recruiting year to teach them about what is to come. She will also work with each player individually to build a list of schools to connect with throughout the recruiting process.
Tyler Love
Director of Admin
Tyler Love is a native of the Northern Virginia area. Coach Love had an illustrious college wrestling career at The University of Virginia, including a qualification for the National Championship tournament. Coach Love will be working for YJMA to track practices and tournament schedules for coaches, managing payments, organizing team stores, and serving as another point of contact for YJMA families.
Casey Golden
Director Youth Programming
2025 Coach
Coach Casey is a proud member of our Northern Virginia community. Having been involved in the development of lacrosse in the area, Coach Casey is the perfect fit to be the director of youth programming for YJMA. Coach Casey has established our YJ Futures Program, which works to recruit young players before they are of tournament competition age. Coach Casey works closely with our elementary aged teams to develop and grow as young players.
