Jon is a NoVa native and graduated from Hayfield Secondary and played collegiate lacrosse at Virginia Wesleyan College. Jon is currently a school social worker for FCPS. He has extensive coaching experience and he is a member of the Washington Area Lacrosse Officials Association and have been officiating the boy’s game since 2018.

Sang was introduced to lacrosse by his brother and played at Woodson High School as a midfielder. He has played in adult leagues for the past 20 years. Started coaching to spend quality time with his daughters. He is a network engineer supporting the US Army building partner capacity for NATO nations.
