Sang was introduced to lacrosse by his brother and played at Woodson High School as a midfielder. He has played in adult leagues for the past 20 years. Started coaching to spend quality time with his daughters. He is a network engineer supporting the US Army building partner capacity for NATO nations.

Sadie played lacrosse, field hockey and basketball at Falls Church High School. She was a  three-time 1st team all-district, two-time first team all-region, second team all-state lacrosse player. Currently plays at the University of Mary Washington and is a Business Administration major. Just finished her freshman year as rookie player of the year.   

Bre was a three sport athelete playing lacrosse, field hockey and ran tracka nd field at Madison High School. She was the 6A State Player of the Year, USA Lacrosse All American and First Team All Concorde District all four years, She was a Class of 25 Yellow Jacket. She currently plays at James Madison University and is a bio major.
