Courtney Jacobs
Courtney has been a personal trainer, life coach and in athletics for 15 years. She specializes in helping athletes build strength, increase speed and agility, and become a more confident player on and off the field. Her approach is conditioning based which makes players more powerful in the game. She is also a functional nuttritionist and available for questions regarding proper fueling for YJ players.
